Play Secret Word Professions online for free. Secret Word Professions is an educational word guessing game for young learners. Find the word describing a real-world profession by selecting letters of the alphabet which you think can fit in the word. You can play the game by yourself or with a friend. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

On the welcome screen, select the game mode you want to play to begin.
On the top right corner are the following controls:
- The speaker button turns the music and sound effects of the game on or off.
- The enlarge button lets you switch between windowed and full screen modes.
- Your web browser saves you top score.

        Game Play
        Basic rules
        Select the letters to guess the word on the center of the screen
        Each time you guess a letter correctly, it will appear on any of the spaces.
        Keep guessing until you
        The letters you already used will be marked in red.
        When you finally spell out the word, a person with that job will appear on the picture space.
        All the entries in this game are based on people’s jobs and professions.
        There is no end to the game. Keep playing for as long as you want.
        Strategy
        Since there are fewer vowels (a, e, i, o, u) than consonants, it typically makes sense to guess at least a few of the more common vowels until some appear in the word.
        When guessing consonants, you can use the remaining letters for a process of elimination & try to go with the more common letters you think could fit before using more obscure & rarely used letters like Q, X, & Z.
        Scoring
        Each letter you guess correctly earns you 10 points.
        Earn 25 bonus points for finishing the word.
        Multiplayer
        You and a friend take turns playing.
        Player 1 goes first.
        You must decide who gets to be player 1 and player 2.
        If a player makes a correct guess, they get another turn.
        If a player fails to make a correct guess, the next player gets a turn.
        The player who finishes the word receives the 25-point bonus.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for players who like word guessing games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
